Selling cards from CRP

The kids from CRP (Centre for the Rehabilitation of the Paralysed) are trained to draw using their mouth (mouth-painters) and come up with some amazing artwork. CRP prints greeting cards out of their paintings and sells them to visitors for benefit of the organization and its patients.
1dI, in an attempt to contribute and applaud their efforts boughts a total of 150 cards from CRP. In turn, we sold these cards to others, so that the money which is collected from total sales can be used to sponsor somebody’s education or donated to another community-welfare organization.
Our plan is to contribute to both CRP and the other organization.

The card-selling project was a whooping success. I sold most of my cards during the first week. Remember, do not push up the card price too much, or you may dissaude people from buying other things from you for charity in the future. Of course, now, all the members need to concentrate on their studies. So, no more activities uptil June 15th. After that, hopefully, we can concentrate more on Niloy’s photograph project. His photographic skills continue to amaze us.

This was one project i enjoyed doing. “Business” was a great success. And I’ve identified a few ppl who are “charity-minded” and could be future customers. I think we should definitely do this again some time. I could’ve sold a whole lot more than 15, seeing how interested ppl were in buying them!
